About Me
Hi, I’m Amy — a certified personal trainer and life coach.

As a mom of three kids on the autism spectrum, I’ve witnessed firsthand how emotionally, spiritually, and physically draining it can be for “high‑needs” individuals and their families—especially in their late teens and early twenties, when supports wane and hormones surge.

That’s where I step in. My mission is to guide them beyond just getting by—to help them truly thrive. Together, we’ll tap into the resilience and strength that’s been inside them all along.
